We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. This includes:

  • Seiko Watches
  • Watch Straps

Please note: Personalized or custom items, such as engraved watches or straps, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. The return package must include the return authorization number.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you can expect to receive your refund within 5–7 business days after the return has been processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@horavi.xyz. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size (if applicable), you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. The new order will be subject to availability and shipping times.
